When is the festival?

Saturday, October 1, 2022

VIPs are allowed entrance at 1 pm, and General Admission starts at 2 pm. The event ends promptly at 5 pm.

What is the parking situation?

Parking is allowed across the street from the park at Natomas Pacific Pathway Prep School, located at 3700 Del Paso Road. They have several parking lots. 

We recommend a ride-share option to avoid traffic and to drink responsibly. 

What about riding my bike?

North Natomas Jibe is providing prize incentives to all cyclists who bike to the event! Grab your prize at the bike valet. Look for directional signs for the bike valet located on the basketball courts. 

Jibe has also mapped bike routes from downtown and beyond. 

What should I expect during the check-in process?

VIP early access 1–2 pm 

  • We will begin scanning tickets and giving out wristbands for VIP ticket holders between 12:15 pm – 12:30 pm. We aim to have VIP ticket holders ready to enjoy the event at or shortly after 1 pm. Please bring your I.D.s and prepare them and your digital tickets for scanning. You will be wanded by security before you are allowed to enter the event.

General Admission – 2pm 

  • We will begin scanning down the line, checking I.D.s, wanding by security & handing out wristbands by 1:30 pm. We aim to have General Admission ticket holders ready to enjoy the event at or shortly after 2 pm.

Gate Entry Process:

General Admission Lines will break into three lanes alphabetically based on the last name used to purchase your ticket. Groups may go in the same line.

General Admission lanes:

  • A-I 
  • J-P
  • Q-Z

The VIP lane will be to the far left. You may skip the regular line if you are VIP and come to the front for VIP access. Do not wait in line if you arrive after 2 pm.

What is included in my VIP ticket?

Your VIP ticket inlcudes access to a boho-chic area sponsored by Petite Events Co! You will enjoy exclusive beer pours in our Loyal Legion Lounge, D.J. Lions In Paris, and VIP-designated restrooms.

Will there be a coat/backpack check?

There will not be a coat/backpack check. Also, lockers are not available.

Can I bring my child?

Although we highly recommend leaving all children at home, children under age 1 are allowed, only if carried by a parent at all times. Keep in mind the festival can get extremely loud and is a 21+ event.

Can I bring my dog?

Well-behaved dogs are permitted, and they must be on a leash at all times. Please be considerate, curb your dog away from guests, and bring doggie bags to pick up any necessary waste. 

Why is there a line to get in?

Many beer enthusiasts line up well in advance for the festival, and there will most likely be a line at the entrance. An ID check of all who enter the festival is required, and the line will move quickly if you have your I.D. out to make the age verification process run smoothly.

You must be 21+ with a valid photo I.D. to enter the festival.

Will there be any food and non-alcoholic beverages available?

Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase from our food vendors. Complimentary bottles of water will also be provided.

Who puts on the Natomas Oktoberfest?

The Natomas Oktoberfest is created and produced by Beers In Sacramento with help from our incredible sponsors.

Can I bring my own water bottle?

Water bottles are permitted. Feel free to bring your own and stay hydrated.

Re-Entry

Yes, there is re-entry, but you cannot bring alcohol outside the venue. 

Intoxicated Guests

All guests of Natomas Oktoberfest are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe, responsible means of transportation before leaving the facility.

Any guest intoxicated before entering the event may be denied entry to the facility at our sole discretion.

Any guest found intoxicated within the event and causing a disturbance, as determined by event staff, will be asked to leave the facility without refund and may be subject to further consequences.

Do you offer a Designated driver ticket option? 

Yes. D.D. tickets are $15 and can be purchased on our website.

Beer Chugging – 1st place 2 tickets for a Sacramento Republic F.C. 2022 Game (October 9th or 15th) + pint glass

Das Boots Relay (4 people per team) 

1st place each team member receives: 2 tickets for a Sacramento Republic F.C. 2022 Game (October 9th or 15th) + pint glass 

Costume Contest – 1st place men & 1st place women: 2 tickets each for a Sacramento Republic F.C. 2022 Game (October 9th or 15th) + pint glass 

U.S. National Steinholding Championships

1. 1st place Male 4 field seats for a 2023 match + 4 SRFC pint glasses ($500 value) 

2. 1st place Female 4 field seats for a 2023 match + 4 SRFC pint glasses ($500 value) 

Are tickets transferable?

Yes, tickets are fully transferable. No need to change the name on the ticket; simply bring the digital ticket with the barcode to be scanned at the entrance gate. 

What if I can’t find my tickets?

Do a search in your email for our ticket provider TicketSpice simply by searching for the word “ticketspice” in your search box. If you still can’t find it, contact us by clicking here, and we can help you. 

What if it rains?

No water, no beer! Beer could be upwards of 95% water. A little extra water won’t hurt. 

Bags

Bags are allowed but must be searched and wanded by our security team. 

Can I bring a blanket or lawn chair? 

Yes. Enjoy the beautiful park of Westlake! We will have limited seating and standing cocktail tables available.
